Pregnancy Symptoms : What are pregnancy signs?

Pregnancy is usually accompanied by signs of pregnancy, some of which fade quickly, some of which last longer. Some may occur in the first few weeks, while others may appear close to birth.
Some pregnancy symptoms appear early in the pregnancy and then go away, to reappear later. All of these symptoms are a normal part of pregnancy.
First pregnancy signs
These are the primary pregnancy signs that appear on every pregnant woman:
1- Changing the breast structure
The most important changes are the breast building. Most pregnant women notice changes in the breast structure during pregnancy. Breast size and breast glands increase. The amount of fat tissue in the breast increases and becomes solid and sensitive during the first and last months of pregnancy.
Blue veins may appear when blood flow to the breasts increases. The color of the nipples may also become dark and sometimes a thick fluid – colostrum – may leak out of the breasts. Generally, all these changes are normal.
2 – fatigue and exhaustion
Are you feeling tired? This may be because your child is growing and needs more energy. Sometimes, this may indicate anemia (low iron levels in the blood), a common phenomenon during pregnancy.
3. Nausea of pregnancy or vomiting
It is very common and natural to feel nauseous when you are pregnant. Nausea often occurs at the beginning of pregnancy, when the body begins to get used to high levels of hormones.
The good news is that nausea usually disappears in the fourth month of pregnancy. You may feel nauseous during all hours of the day, but nausea often increases in the morning, when the stomach is empty, or if you do not eat enough food. Therefore, this condition is called “morning sickness”.

How do you deal with the changes associated with pregnancy?

1. You’ll wear a bra that provides comfort.
2. Choose a cotton bra or a natural fiber.
3. Buy a larger bra, because your breasts will become fuller.
4. Your bra should suit you well without irritating the nipples. Try wearing breast braces for lactation, which provide more support and can also be used at the end of pregnancy, if you choose to breastfeed.
5. Try wearing a bra during the night.
6. In the inside of the bra, in the cup top, you can put a cloth napkin or a bandage to absorb the fluid.
7. You can find special towels in pharmacies to fit your bra. Make sure to replace the towels as necessary to prevent skin irritation.
8. Wash your breasts with warm water only. No need to use soap or other products that can cause dehydration.

How do you deal with the fatigue associated with pregnancy?

• Try to get plenty of rest, go to sleep early, and take time for a short nap during the day.
• Keep as regular a schedule as possible.
• Define your speed. Maintain a balance between relaxation and activity.
• Moderate exercise daily increases your energy level.
• If you feel that you have anemia, make sure to go to the clinic for a blood test.
